20 July 2011 No Comment

Dear RTI Activists & Citizens,

The members of a Tenant’s Association who are aggrieved by the total inaction of Mumbai Charity Commissioner’s office made a Complaint to Anti Corruption Committee at Tehsildar level. This is a good example of how to seek action against various Maharashtra Government servants. Read this complaint: http://tinyurl.com/Complaint-Charity-Commissioner

This complaint is based on Maharashtra Govt. Circular No AHAT1610/ CR 64/10/11- A, issued in February 2011. This is a powerful GR with enormous potential.

If you wish, Krishnaraj Rao and other fellow Activist friends  will be happy to draft your complaint, and if convenient, assist you in deposing before this committee.
